歌曲中的神秘伴唱者是阿尔及利亚歌手Cheb Mami,他的嗓音极有穿透力,再配合歌曲层次丰富的伴奏,使得《Desert Rose》也是不错的音效测试曲.

  中东音乐代表人物Cheb Mami
  Cheb Mami, 原名 Mohamed Khelifati, 1966年7月出生于奥兰(阿尔及利亚西北部港市，人称之为RAI音乐之都) 附近的小城。Cheb Mami 在奥兰方言中的意思是“小家伙”("the kid"),自小他就在受到当地丰富的民间音乐的熏陶。
  "A little for my God and a little for my heart"  这句阿拉伯格言也成了Cheb Mami的座右铭。
